BCIS: tender prices up, but processes slowed

The Building Cost Information Service’s civil engineering tender price index panel has estimated tender prices are up 2% year-on-year in the second quarter of 2026, but warns that costs of tendering are making contractors more selective, as the process of moving projects forward slows.
