Refurbishment of 100 bedroom hotel to include restructuring of executive rooms to create larger bathrooms and bridal suites.  All conference rooms were refurbished and communal areas to interior designer specification.  Project was done in numerous phases to continue as a running hotel and accommodate bookings.  Working closely with the management team, the project was delivered to satisfaction.  Currently at design stage for a banqueting hall at the same hotel.
